Douglas P. Barber, Jr.

Doug grew up outside Portland, Oregon and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (1992) and George Mason University School of Law (2000).  He represents Public Works (Transportation/Traffic, Solid Waste Management, Stormwater Management), Parks and Recreation, Code Enforcement, Facilities Management, Fleet Management, Sustainability and Risk Management.
