We are accepting grant applications for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for two categories:
Non-profit and Mental Health/Substance Abuse Programs. The Mental Health/Substance Programs will not be handled through this application.
Non-profit - Area non-profits have seen unprecedented demands on their services for access to food, emergency health care, and requests for assistance with basic needs such as housing, utilities and transportation. We are seeking to fund programs that will support recovery in a manner that transforms our community, addressing the inequities that kept residents, families, and businesses from fully participating in the success of our community. Applicants are encouraged to consider addressing future needs; identifying a “niche” not already funded. The maximum amount of funds per agency cannot exceed $15,000. If asking for less than the maximum, please use increments of $1,000, such as $5,000, $2,000, etc.

Recipient shall maintain all books, records, and other documents relating to Memorandum for five years after the date the Funding has been completely spent.
