Planning Commission recommended approval (5-0) of an application from CarMax Auto Superstores to repeal all conditions proffered as part of a previous rezoning and establish new conditions on property located at 2903 and 0 (zero) Peters Creek Road, N.W., and to rezone 2839 Peters Creek Road, N.W., from CG, Commercial-General District, to CLS, Commercial-Large Site District, with conditions.  

City Council will hold a public hearing on the matter above on Monday, May 20, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in Council Chamber on the fourth floor of the Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building, 215 Church Avenue, S.W., Roanoke, Virginia.
