Planning Commission: Results of July 9, 2018, Public Hearing
Planning Commission recommended approval (5-0) of application by MCE Owner Occupied, LLP, to amend the conditions proffered as part of a previous rezoning at 2541, 2545, 2549, 2607, 2613, and 2619 Belle Avenue, N.E., bearing Official Tax Map Nos. 3410302, 3410303, 3410304, 3410305, 3410306, and 3410307, respectively, previously rezoned with conditions through the adoption of Ordinance 34182-030199 on March 1, 1999.
City Council will hold public hearings on the aforesaid amendments on Monday, July 16, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard.
