Effective May 1, 2018

The City of Roanoke Permit Center will no longer accept faxed applications. You may submit applications in person at 215 Church Avenue, S.W., Room 170, by mail to Permit Center, City of Roanoke, 215 Church Avenue, S.W., Room 170, Roanoke, VA 24011, via e-mail at [email protected]
or via e-TRAKiT.

We appreciate your cooperation in the transition to a nearly paperless permitting process.
