Subject:  REMINDER - Paperless Plan Submissions

*** PLEASE NOTE ***
Effective July 1, 2017

Plan sets larger than 11" x 17" will only be accepted in digital form with permit submissions and plan reviews. Digital plan submissions reduce waste, save time, save money, and allow for enhanced plan review. Small plan sets, 11” x 17” or smaller, can be submitted electronically but is not required.

Please submit electronic plans on thumb drives/ CDs, by e-mail to [email protected], or upload through eTRAKiT if you have an eTRAKiT account.


Please note this applies only to the submission of plans that are part of a permit application.  Permits can still be applied for in the following manner:
 

• Electronically by emailing an application and supporting files to [email protected]
• In person at the Permit Center – just bring a CD or thumb drive with the plans.
• By mail/courier including an electronic version of plans.
