Planning Commission: Amended Application filed for June 13, 2016, Public Hearing

The amended application changes the request to rezone the three parcels from existing RM-1, Residential Mixed Density District, with ND, Neighborhood Design Overlay, to RMF, Residential Multifamily District, with H-2, Historic Neighborhood Overlay.
