Due to a permitting system software upgrade (TRAKit | eTRAKit), Permit Center and Inspection Services will be temporarily unavailable - Wednesday May 4th and Thursday May 5th.
Permit Center Services In-person services will be unavailable from 8 a.m. on Wednesday, May 4th until Thursday, May 5th at 5 p.m. In-person services will resume Friday, May 6th at 8 a.m.
The following online permitting activities will be unavailable during this time due to the software upgrade:Making paymentsTracking application statusAccessing review commentsScheduling inspections through eTRAKiT and by phone (IVR).
The following self-service options will continue to be available through our Virtual Permit Center apps accessed here:Applying for a construction permitApplying for a trade permitApplying for a business license verificationAsking a technical questionSending documents (resubmissions)
All in-person and online permitting services will resume at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 6th.
Building Inspections Scheduling Building Inspections will be unavailable after 4 p.m., Tuesday, May 3rd. Requests received prior to this time will be completed the following business day, Wednesday, May 5th, or date requested.
Please note that Building Inspection Scheduling will not resume until Friday, May 6th at 8 a.m. Accordingly, inspections will not resume until Monday, May 9th.
