Building Inspections

Building Inspections will be unavailable after 12:30 p.m. on Friday, December 10, 2021.

Please note that Building Inspections will not resume until Tuesday, December 14, 2021.  Inspectors are away for training on Monday, December 13, 2021.

Requests for Building Inspections for the morning only of Friday, December 10, 2021, can be made before 4:00 p.m. Thursday, December 9, 2021.  Requests received after this time will be fulfilled beginning Tuesday, December 14, 2021.

Permit Center Services

In-person services will be unavailable after 12:30 p.m. on Friday, December 10, 2021.

However, Permitting activities and other self-service options continue to be available for your convenience online, as described below.

Permitting activities, including

• Applying for a construction permit
• Applying for a trade permit
• Applying for a business license verification
• Asking a technical question
• Sending documents (resubmissions)

can be accessed through our Virtual Permit Center apps here.

Additional self-service options, including

• Making payments
• Tracking application status
• Accessing review comments
• Scheduling inspections

can be accessed through eTRAKiT here.

In-person services will resume at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021.
