The Planning Commission public hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 8, 2021, at 1:30 p.m.  Please click here to view the agenda package, which contains the agenda, staff report, and application. 

The public hearing will be conducted by electronic communication means due to the COVID-19 pandemic disaster.  The Planning Commission will meet without a quorum physically present in one location and City staff will coordinate this meeting remotely. The meeting will be streamed on Facebook Live.

Citizens may register to speak at the meeting by emailing [email protected] by 12 noon on Friday, February 5, 2021.  Citizens who register to speak will receive information to connect to this public hearing and present their views to the Planning Commission.  Citizens may also submit comments to the Secretary to the Planning Commission at [email protected] on or prior to Friday, February 5, 2021, at 12 noon.
