The Planning Commission public hearing is scheduled at 1:30 p.m., on Monday, January 11, 2021. This public hearing will be conducted by electronic communication means due to the COVID-19 pandemic disaster. All persons wishing to address the Planning Commission must sign-up with the Secretary to the Planning Commission by emailing [email protected] or calling (540)853-1330 by noon, Friday, January 8, 2021. Persons who register to speak will be provided with information to present their testimony via electronic communication means. Written comments of interested persons will be received by the Secretary to the Planning Commission at [email protected] on or prior to noon on Friday, January 8, 2021.

The public hearing before City Council is scheduled for Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.
