The City's permitting portal, eTRAKiT, is back on line. All services are available except for the ability to upload documents.

We encourage documents to be submitted electronically. Such files can be emailed to the [email protected]. The documents should include a resubmission form (available for download at https://www.roanokeva.gov/DocumentCenter/View/1271/Resubmission-of-Plans-or-Information) and a reference to the permit number for the work.

We are working on a system upgrade to restore the ability to upload files (and that will provide other service improvements). It is expected that the upgrade will be complete in early November.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you with your projects.
