Failure to receive a tax statement does not excuse you from penalties, interest and/or fees. If you did not receive a tax statement and your taxes are not paid through a mortgage escrow account, please contact the Roanoke City Treasurer's Office at 540-853-2561. Please visit www.roanokeva.gov/payments for payment options. If you are unable to pay your installment in full, partial payments are accepted.
