The Department of Planning Building and Development's on-line permitting portal (eTRAKiT) is down for repair/maintenance. We expect the system to be up and running in the morning before noon (September 22nd). We appreciate your patience - for immediate permitting needs, please:

* Email applications and other submissions to the Permit Center at [email protected]
* Schedule inspections by IVR, and eTRAKiT should be available by mid-day.
