The Board of Zoning Appeals public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., with the tour beginning at 11:00 a.m.  Please click here to view the applications before the Board.

The tour and public hearing are expected to be conducted by electronic communication means due to the COVID-19 pandemic disaster.  The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet without a quorum physically present in one location and City staff will coordinate this meeting remotely. The meeting will be streamed on Facebook Live.

Citizens may register to speak at the meeting by emailing [email protected] by 12 noon on Monday, September 12, 2020.  Citizens who register to speak will receive information to connect to this public meeting and present their views to the BZA.  Citizens may also submit comments to the Secretary to the Board of Zoning Appeals at [email protected] on or prior to Monday, September 12, 2020, at 1:00 p.m.
