Planning Commission: Results of June 8, 2020, Public Hearing
Planning Commission recommended approval (7-0) of the following applications, which can be viewed here:
Alley Barricade, 1619 Shenandoah Avenue NW
Alley Vacation between Sylvan Road and Ivy Street
Alley Vacation, 374 Day Avenue SW
Rezoning, 4822 Valley View Blvd. NW
The application for 2102 Grandin Road SW (PHHS Field house) was amended during the public hearing to revise language on the Development Plan to match Zoning Code language regarding uses on the property. Amended Application No. 3, when received, will be posted here. Planning Commission recommended approval (6-0) of the amended application.
The public hearing before City Council is scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2020. This public hearing may be conducted by electronic communication means due to the COVID-19 pandemic disaster. All persons wishing to address City Council must sign-up with the City Clerk's Office by emailing [email protected] or by callng (540)853-2541 by 4:00 p.m., Monday, June 15, 2020. Persons who register to speak will be provided with information to present their testimony via electronic communication means.
