ROANOKE, VA – Beginning on Monday, April 22, 2019, Roanoke Gas will be conducting utility upgrades at the 1100 block of Main Street SW. This work will require the southbound lane of Main St between Winona Ave and Wasena Ave to be closed to through traffic  Expect delays when using Main St and the surrounding area. It is recommended that an alternate route be used until work is completed. Work is expected to be completed by 5:00 PM today. Thank you for your continued patience during these infrastructure maintenance projects. Please use caution when driving in work zones.  

A detour will be established using Winona and Wasena Ave SW.
