ROANOKE, VA – Wednesday, February 13, Franklin Rd between Brandon Rd and Reserve Ave will be closed for emergency water main repairs. Please follow the established detour while repairs are made. Motorists should avoid the area if possible. At this time the Water Authority has not indicated when the street will reopen.
