"Star City Half Marathon & 10K" (Saturday, 11/17/18) - 7:00am to 12:00pm
- Shenandoah Avenue westbound lane between Jefferson Street and Williamson Road.
- Jefferson Street southbound outside lane between Salem Avenue and Luck Avenue.
- Luck Avenue between Jefferson Street and 3rd Street.
