Roanoke, VA - Beginning at 9:00 AM on Monday, October 15, 2018, Yellow Mountain Rd between Jefferson St and 22nd St will be closed (local access allowed). This street closure is required in order to allow Western Virginia Water Authority access to underground utilities at this location. Operations are expected to conclude by 4:00 PM the same day. Please plan travel times accordingly.
