ROANOKE, VA – On Thursday, September 20, 2018, Kirk Avenue between Jefferson Street and 1st Street will be closed between 9:00 A.M and 12:00 P.M. This closure is required for U.S. Crane to access the rooftop of the Carilion Building on Jefferson Street.
LMC will provide traffic control and barricades. No detours will be established
