ROANOKE, VA – Several streets will be closed downtown due to events occurring this weekend Friday and Saturday, September 7^th and 8^th.  

• “First & 3^rd Fridays on Franklin” – (Friday), from 2:00 P.M to 9:30 P.M.
  • Franklin Road between Jefferson Street and Williamson Road

• “Roanoke 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb” – Saturday, from 7:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
  • Market Street between Campbell Avenue and Salem Avenue
  • Norfolk Avenue between Jefferson Street and Parking Garage Entrance
  • Wall Street between Campbell Avenue and Salem Avenue
  • Jefferson Street between Salem Avenue and Norfolk Avenue
  • Salem Avenue between Jefferson Street and Williamson Road - (ONLY CLOSED FROM 9:00 A.M.10:00 A.M.)
