Roanoke, VA -- The Secretary of the Greater Roanoke Transit Company has called a Special Meeting of the Stockholder on Monday, July 2, at 2:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter following the completion of the City Council Session, in the Council Chamber, Room 450, 4th Floor, Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building, 215 Church Ave. SW, Roanoke, Va., for the purpose of appointing representatives from the City of Salem and Town of Vinton to the Board and ratifying the appointment of the other five Board members. This meeting is called pursuant to Section 2, Article II, By-Laws of Greater Roanoke Transit Company.
