ROANOKE, VA – S.C. Rossi & Company will continue working on updating a water line on Campbell Avenue at 3rd Street. The westbound lane on Campbell Avenue will be closed between 3rd Street and 4th Street, from 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The work will continue through Friday, February, 16. Eastbound traffic will be maintained along Campbell Avenue. There will be traffic control directing traffic along the project zone at all times.
