ROANOKE, VA – E.C. Pace Company will be working on updating the water main line on Elm Avenue between Franklin Road and 5th Street. The work will begin Monday, January 22, and will take place over the course of 90 days. The outer most westbound lane will be closed weekly for this project between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Two-lane traffic will be maintained along Elm Avenue. There will be traffic control directing traffic along the project zone at all times.
