Roanoke, VA – The public is invited to attend a Meet-and-Greet Reception to welcome Robert "Bob" Cowell, the new City Manager, to Roanoke. Hosted by Roanoke City Council, the event will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 5, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the Berglund Center Special Events Center.
