Roanoke, VA – The Department of Management and Budget, together with the Human Services Advisory Board (HSAB) and the Roanoke Arts Commission (RAC), will conduct a FY18 budget kickoff session on Thursday, Dec. 1, from 9 to 11 a.m. in City Council Chambers, to review the steps and documentation required for non-profit organizations to submit a funding application. This meeting is mandatory for any non-profit organization that intends to request funding in the upcoming budget cycle through one of these two committees.
