ROANOKE, VA - There will be several street closures due to the "Virginia Blue Ridge Race for the Cure" event Saturday, April 9.
From 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the following streets will be closed due to the "Virginia Blue Ridge Race for the Cure" event:
- 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Reserve Avenue, between Franklin Road and Jefferson Street
- 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Wiley Drive, between Franklin Road and Crystal Spring Avenue
- 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Jefferson Street southbound, between Walnut Avenue and Reserve Avenue
- 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Jefferson Street northbound, between Williamson Road and Albemarle Avenue
- 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Albemarle Avenue eastbound, between Jefferson Street and Williamson Road
- 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Williamson Road southbound, between Albemarle Avenue and Jefferson Street
- 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Walnut Avenue westbound, between Belleview Avenue and Jefferson Street
- 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Piedmont Street southbound, between Arbor Avenue and Walnut Avenue
On street parking may be temporarily restricted due to this event. Residents are encouraged to park in driveway if available.
