[ARCHIVED] PARK Roanoke Announces Garage Maintenance for Center in the Square and Tower Garages

PARK Roanoke is pleased to announce they have contracted with a company out of Maryland that is very experienced with pressure washing garages to pressure wash the interior of Tower Garage and Center in the Square garage the weekend of Saturday, June 11th and Sunday, June 12th

Pressure washing will occur across both days at Tower Garage in which three (3) levels will be blocked each day to complete the work.  Contractors will pressure wash levels 5-7 on Saturday and levels 2-4 on Sunday.   Patrons will be able to utilize the garage and park on the levels that are not marked for no parking.

Center in the Square Garage pressure washing will occur only on Sunday, June 12th.   To complete the project most effectively and efficiently, this garage will need to close for a day. Closing this garage on a Sunday should have the least negative impact on customers.   The garage will be closing for entry around 2 AM Saturday night/Sunday morning and will close the exits at 7 AM Sunday morning.  It is anticipated the work may take 12-14 hours to complete, but as soon as the work is completed, the garage will be reopened.

PARK Roanoke operates five (5) other garages in downtown.  Please visit their website for alternative parking locations https://parkroanoke.com/tell-me-about/where-to-park/location-map/
