ROANOKE, VA – Water line relocations begin on Tuesday, March 22, for Wise Ave and 13th St SE. During construction, Wise Ave (between 12th and 14th St) and 13th St (between Campbell Ave and Wise Ave) will be closed, and traffic detoured to adjacent streets. Plan for increased travel times while traveling through this area. The water line project is expected to be completed by 5:00 PM the same day.
