On Monday, January 3, 2022, City of Roanoke Offices will be open and operating with regularly scheduled services. The City Library branches will open today at noon and will close at 5 p.m. The Belmont Branch Library will not open at noon due to a power outage in the area. The City is monitoring conditions and crews are applying treatment. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to not travel if possible. Please also make note to not call 9-1-1 for any power outages that you may experience during the inclement weather.
