Election Day Will Not Impact Regular Solid Waste Collection Schedule

The City of Roanoke wants to make residents aware that City offices will not be closed for Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, as indicated in the 2021 Solid Waste Collection and Hazardous Weather Preparation Guide.  Instead, City offices will be open for business and the regular Solid Waste Collection schedule will be in effect for trash, bulk, brush, and “B” week single-stream recycling during that week.
