ROANOKE, VA – Gas line relocations begin on Monday, August 9, for 13th St SE between Tazewell Ave and Norfolk Ave. During construction 13th St will be closed and traffic detoured to adjacent streets. Plan for increased commute times while traveling through this area. Project is expected to be completed by November.
