The Board of Trustees of the City of Roanoke Pension Plan, as appointed by City Council and established under Chapter 22.3, Section 22.3-2 of City Code, which administers the City of Roanoke Pension Plan for employees of the City and any participating employer, will hold its regular quarterly meeting at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021, through electronic communication means. The Board of Trustees will meet to consider matters for the administration of the City of Roanoke Pension Plan.
Based on the declarations of emergency made by the President of the United States, the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the Roanoke City Manager, the emergency created by the COVID-19 pandemic disaster makes it unsafe and unhealthy for the public to attend this meeting in person.
