The City of Roanoke is required under the Municipal Stormwater Sewer System (MS4) Permit to create a TMDL (Total Maximum Daily Load) to reduce pollutant loads in impaired water bodies. This PCB TMDL Action Plan outlines the actions the City of Roanoke will undertake over the next five years of the permit cycle to reduce pollution loads. Public comment on the TMDL Action Plans is invited. Comments may be submitted using the online form or by printing and submitting written comments to the Stormwater Division’s mailing address as shown below. Comments must be received by end of the day on April 22 to be considered for Action Plan revision.
