ROANOKE, VA – Tonight, January 28, southbound I-581 will have alternating lane and ramp closures from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. at Hershberger Rd. At 10:30 p.m., exit 3E to Hershberger Rd and the Hershberger on-ramp to I-581 SB will be closed. Message boards are posted to alert drivers.
