Roanoke, VA - Beginning on Sunday, October 20, the curb lane for westbound Elm Ave at 4th St SE will be designated as a right turn only for northbound I-581 traffic. The temporary traffic pattern change is to test the effectiveness of a dedicated right turn lane in order to improve traffic flow through the Elm Ave/I-581 interchange.
