ROANOKE, VA – On Saturday, July 27, Kirk Ave between Jefferson St and 1st St will be closed from 7:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. This closure is required to allow crane access to the rooftop of the 303 Jefferson St building.
No detours will be established
