Efforts for 2020 Census Start in March
The 2020 Census will be in full swing starting next month. You might be asking, “why should I care” or “what's in it for me?” The U.S. Government uses the Census count to determine how federal funding is distributed to local communities. Your response shapes decisions about how these funds are spent for our schools, fire and emergency services, and healthcare in Roanoke as well as in Southwest Virginia.
