American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant Application Information and Submission
To apply for ARPA funding for individuals and families, small businesses (24012, 24013, 24017-SWaM), nonprofits, mental health service providers & substance abuse treatment, arts & cultural organizations, and violence interruption, please click on the respective tab below to complete an application.
To best access the applications, the city recommends the use of the Google Chrome browser. The applications are not able to be accessed via the Safari browser.
Please note, that the ARPA Individual Assistance Program is not an emergency fund and not meant to prevent terminations, cut-offs, or repossessions. Application and payment processing takes up to 60 days from application receipt.

The ARPA Individual Assistance Application Form has been disabled due to exhaustion of funds.
The ARPA Small Business Grant Application Form has been disabled February 3, 2023, due to passing the application deadline.
