Purpose: See Chapter 16, Title 23 (Sec. 23-214, et seq.) of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
The VWCC Board Bylaws state that no person having served on the College Board for two successive four-year terms shall be eligible for reappointment to the College Board for two years thereafter; however, a person appointed to fill a vacancy may serve two additional successive terms.
