Considers special exceptions, zoning variances, and appeals of decisions by the zoning administrator. Get information on active applications, meeting dates, deadlines, members, application information and forms. The board makes final decisions on applications. Decisions can be appealed to Circuit Court.

Architectural Review Board |
Administers the historic district regulations adopted by City Council to protect the Gainsboro, Old Southwest, and Downtown neighborhoods. The Board reviews new construction, alterations of existing structures, and demolition of structures for consistency with adopted architectural design guidelines.

Advises City Council and City administration concerning existing and proposed public policies affecting the vitality of neighborhoods and neighborhood organizations, and partners with the Office of Neighborhood Services by assisting neighborhood organizations with the building of their organizational, administrative, and advocacy capacities |
