Outdoor dining has become even more important during the pandemic as a way for restaurants to provide a safe dining environment. We've tried to make the process as easy as possible, especially when you had an approved permit before and are just renewing your permit.
Permits can be issued for any number of months within the same calendar year.
New applications or renewals should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started (we can handle the entire process by email).
What you'll need to apply or renew:
1. A certificate of insurance from your insurer (example here). It is VERY important that be completed in a very specific way. Sometimes, it's good to have your insurer contact our Risk Management office for guidance.
