In an effort to promote Social Distancing, the Roanoke City Treasurer’s Office is encouraging citizens to use on-line payment methods at: www.roanokeva.gov/payments; by telephone at: 1-800-272-9829 (jurisdiction code 1006); by mail at: Roanoke City Treasurer's Office, P.O. Box 1451, Roanoke, Virginia 24007; or by drop-box (checks or money orders only) located across from the Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building, 215 Church Avenue, S.W., Roanoke, Virginia 24011. ROANOKE CITY TREASURER’S OFFICE: VIRGINIA DMV CLOSURE: The DMV Select located in the Roanoke City Treasurer’s Office will close at 4:30 p.m., on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, and will not reopen until 8:00 a.m., on Thursday, April 2, 2020.
