The City of Roanoke strives to create positive customer experiences that meet and exceed our citizens’ expectations. To better achieve this goal, the City has implemented a Citizen Request Management (CRM) System to handle non-Emergency requests for service.
Citizens may use the on-line form below to submit your service request or inquiry, and it will be routed to the appropriate City department for resolution.

1- Solid Waste for Trash, Recycling & Brush services 2- Service Issues, City Code and Zoning Violations, Weeds and Inoperable Vehicles 3- Street/Sidewalk Damage, Traffic Signs/Signals and Snow Removal 4- Storm drain Issues, Street Sweeping, Drainage Issues and Dead Animals 5- Pollution Issues or Dumping in Roadways or Streams and Rivers 6- All other issues
Issues reported to the CRM or Customer Service number will be addressed during normal business hours (M-F 8am – 5pm).
If you have a time-sensitive issue that may require an immediate response please call the non-Emergency number for the E-911 Communications Center at (540) 853-2411 which is staffed around the clock.
