The City of Roanoke strives to create positive customer experiences that meet and exceed our citizens’ expectations. To better achieve this goal, the City has implemented a Citizen Request Management (CRM) System to handle non-Emergency requests for service.
Citizens may use the on-line form below to submit your service request or inquiry, and it will be routed to the appropriate City department for resolution.
Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service number, (540)-853-2000 and press the appropriate option to reach a department representative.
1- Solid Waste for Trash, Recycling & Brush services
2- Service Issues, City Code and Zoning Violations, Weeds and Inoperable Vehicles
3- Street/Sidewalk Damage, Traffic Signs/Signals and Snow Removal
4- Storm drain Issues, Street Sweeping, Drainage Issues and Dead Animals
5- Pollution Issues or Dumping in Roadways or Streams and Rivers
6- All other issues
Issues reported to the CRM or Customer Service number will be addressed during normal business hours (M-F 8am – 5pm).
If you have a time-sensitive issue that may require an immediate response please call the non-Emergency number for the E-911 Communications Center at (540) 853-2411 which is staffed around the clock.
