| Frank heads the HUD Community Resources division which performs the planning, budgeting, contract development and administration, monitoring, reporting and related functions associated with the CDBG, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funding the City receives from HUD. He manages approximately $3.5 million each year for housing, neighborhood, economic and human development and homeless services, with over two-thirds targeted for housing development. | Budget Team Leader |
