1. Constitution- This is the link to the Virginia State Constitution.
2. Statutes- This is the link to the Code of Virginia. It is possible to search the entire Code or to view the table of contents of the Code to find relevant information. The Code of Virginia is the statutory laws that have been passed by the Virginia General Assembly.
3. Legislative information- This is the web page for the Virginia General Assembly Legislative Information Service. This site provides links to information regarding current and pending bills and resolutions, as well as an archive of legislative proceedings from 1994 to present.
4. Virginia General Assembly- This is the official web page of the Virginia General Assembly with information regarding the General Assembly and links to the members of the House of Delegates, Virginia Senate, and Virginia Administrative Agencies.
5. Virginia Administrative Code- This is a searchable listing of the Virginia Administrative Code. The Virginia General Assembly empowers state agencies to implement and enforce state law. The regulations created by Virginia agencies to implement and enforce them are the Virginia Administrative Code.
6. Court Information- This is the main web page for the Virginia Judicial System. It includes links to the Virginia Supreme Court and all lower courts as well as links to forms, statistics, and case information.
7. Virginia Case Information- This web page provides links to searchable databases for case information for all Virginia courts.
8. General State Information- This is the State of Virginia’s main web portal with links to all Virginia government agencies, as well as links for public information, business and economic information, and online services.
9. Virginia Attorney General- This is the web page for the Virginia Attorney General.
10. Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles- This is the official web page of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. This web page provides general information regarding the DMV and also many online services.
