Downtown Residential Permit Parking:
This program provides for extended parking in select timed zones. Click here to view the Downtown Parking Permit Map.

Residential Permit Parking:
This program allows neighborhoods to petition the City of Roanoke to restrict parking in their neighborhoods via a permit program.

Off-Street Residential Parking Program:
This program provides qualified residents with offstreet parking in all city garages and lots. Qualified residents will receive a 75% discount on the unreserved rate for parking permits. Click here for downtown residential parking locations and rates.

Parking permits are issued from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Park Roanoke Office. Click here for the residential monthly parking permit application; and to view the terms, qualifications, and conditions.
