Social Services
The Certificate Program in Eligibility Practice is the collaboration between the City of Roanoke Department of Social Services and Radford University School of Social Work. The purpose of the program is to prepare those who are interested in the field of Eligibility and to bring professionalism to the practice.
Four courses of a maximum of 180 hours are required to earn this certificate. Upon completion, Radford University could consider one of these courses a three credit hour elective towards earning a degree.
We are currently in the planning phase for offering the next class. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
