Renovations on Day Avenue

The renovation of the 400 block of Day Ave, known as Miller's Hill, is a partnership between Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority, The City of Roanoke, Hill Studio, Breakell Inc., and lenders (VHDA, FNB Corp, First Citizens and BB&T). Together the partners are in the process of transforming 17 properites back into single family homes.
Located on Day Avenue just steps away from the YMCA and Jefferson Center and walkable to the Historic Market District, this project appeals to those who want the convenience and excitement of downtown, but don't want to give up their yard or square footage.
